I am looking forward to getting to know you! As a passionate and dedicated pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in the field. My journey in pharmacy began with a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, which led me to enroll at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy. From day one, I knew that this was the path for me – a path where I could combine my love for science with my passion for helping others.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of leading teams in various settings, ranging from small operations to large-scale enterprises. My roles have included pharmacy manager, director of pharmacy, clinical director, and general manager, overseeing operations across multiple locations and states for both independent pharmacies and large corporations. This extensive experience has given me profound insights into the intricacies of pharmacy operations, customer acquisition and retention, compliance, third-party partnerships, and the development and oversight of clinical programs.

As a pharmacy manager, I led top-performing stores, consistently achieving high customer service ratings and operational excellence. My leadership was recognized with awards such as the Preceptor of the Year and the District Paragon Award. 

In my role as a director of pharmacy, I was responsible for building and opening long-term care pharmacies, servicing thousands of skilled nursing home residents. This role required meticulous attention to regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, ensuring that our services met the highest standards of care. 

In 2022, I took a bold step and founded The Palmetto Pharmacist, a consulting firm dedicated to helping healthcare organizations and professionals achieve their full potential. As the Principal Managing Partner, I lead a passionate team that shares my vision of making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.

In addition to our consulting services, we also offer specialized career coaching for pharmacists. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for the practice and people of pharmacy. I am committed to helping our profession positively grow and flourish, and to mentoring our colleagues in their development. At The Palmetto Pharmacist, we provide comprehensive career coaching services designed to help pharmacists achieve their professional dreams.

Beyond consulting, I have also authored two books – "Branding Your Brilliance: A Guide to Personal Branding" and "Threads By Meta." These books encapsulate my insights and strategies on personal branding and career development, offering actionable advice for professionals looking to stand out in their fields.

In addition to my books, I have published several insightful blog articles on visibility and marketing strategies. These articles provide valuable information and practical tips for healthcare professionals and organizations looking to enhance their online presence and attract more patients.
